Looking at the title to this post, I think it's safe to say I have clearly lost my mind. I started the "Couch to 5K", or C25K training program today.
Me. The one who's in danger of her body rooting itself to the computer chair.
When I stop laughing long enough to breathe, I'll keep y'all posted on how it goes. The good (and obvious) news is that Day 1 hasn't killed me.
Yet.

Hey Jess! Well, I have to admit that I've been doing some interval training over the past few months. Nothing more than 5 minutes per span of time though, and this was 8 minutes so I was pretty impressed!
We'll see what happens. The absolute last word that would generally be used to describe me would be "athlete," so prepare for some whining.
Big congrats on making that commitment to fitness! :-) It’s hard to uproot ourselves from the computer, but the benefits of getting out there and walking/running are worth the effort!
I think I want to jump on this C25K plan. It's all the rage with the kiddies.
What do you have to do on day 1 anyway?
