Guess it was Legit

141 according to the scale today, so it looks like the downward trend is legitimate.

We'll see what happens over the next few days.  Not in an "I'm going to blow it" sort of way because, uh, no.  That won't be happening.  I mean it more in a "let's see how long my body is agreeable to dropping poundage at this entertaining rate" kind of way.

In other news?  Craving peanut butter.  I could eat a jar right now.

I'm not.

Thanks, y'all :) Now I just have to make it through the weekend. Shouldn't be too difficult as I loathe football in all its guises; plus I'll be tied up on Saturday getting my roots colored.

PB2 (google it, it's pretty awesome) would satisfy a peanutbutter craving. it is 45 cals per 2TBSP instead of the 190 for 2TBSP of jiff or skippy. And it tastes really good too. :)

Misc Mom, thanks for the heads up! I'll likely just avoid peanut butter, though... I've found that I need the "real thing", and if I tease myself with a "gosh, it's almost just like it!" substitute it only makes the craving worse.

I'm nutty that way, LOL

I am most tempted to try that lentil recipe. I'm forever on the hunt for more protein. I am so tired of the protein dry mix I have. It ruins the flavor for everything. So, lentils... here I come!!!!
