Amanda, you are sweet. We like your blog. And many bloggers actually care for people and have some level of empathy. I've never been through what you are going through right now, but I can imagine just how bad it would be! I'm glad the comments could cheer you up a little. And there is no shame in crying!

So here's my horrible, but cute joke:

Question: What did the comedian say about the mycologist?

Answer: He sure is a fun guy!

Well, you asked for it...

"Chantix...it's not just for quitting smoking anymore!"

Well, I don't have a joke for you but just wanted to stop by and say hi and let you know I'm thinking of you. This week at work was trully hectic so I am just catching up on my blog commenting!

Mark, ROFL! Well, I was in youth group with a few guys who are now in the clergy, and let's just say their tastes in jokes really hasn't significantly changed over the years ;)

Scott, thanks so much. And I know many bloggers actually care about others out here... I'm one of them. I guess it's just that it's directed toward me that's a bit overwhelming, but no worries, I'll deal with it, LOL.

And the joke was truly giggle-worthy. Once I googled "mycologist", that is. Hee.

AD, I spewed coffee when I read your comment. You totally owe me a new keyboard, dude.

Fracking Chantix. Gotta jump back on that wagon post-haste. Bleah. Plus side? More freaky Chantix dream posts from me. Yay!

And Babs, LOVED that video clip! I grinned, nodded, and laughed my way through it. Most awesome -- thank you!

Maui, thank you just for stopping by *hugs*. Amazing how actual real life stuff can intervene in our blogging addictions... but it's also likely a good sign that our priorities aren't totally skewed :)
