Updated Weight

149, even.

I'm guessing overage was water weight, but I'm not taking any risks. I'm keeping a tight grip on the eating and a firm eyeball on both cardio and resistance this week.

I'd just feel a leetle bit more comfortable if I were further away from 150... yanno?

Yep I do know what you mean! As for myself I seem to be only about an a couple of apples away from going under 180 lb as I am now 180.3 lb... Which I've been for about a week now. Hopefully my weight will start to drop again during my mountain hiking holidays later this week! Keep your fingers crossed for me :)
And do keep up the good work, as long as you stick to your goals you shouldn't have to worry about going over 150 lb =)

I'm here from Jenn's post today on pregnancy and diets. The word you mentioned in your comment there caught my attention... perimenopausal!! So good to know I'm not the only one in that club! Its rare to hear PERImenopausal anywhere so it was great to see your comment.

Do you think weight has a connection with perimenopause? I'm wondering...

Congrats on getting below 150! I know what you mean, it feels so much safer when you've got a 3-4 pound buffer. Keep on trucking!
