LOL -- no no no, no worries at all. I've been bitching and moaning about it all day, and this was the final scream about it. Thank you for the compliment, absolutely!!
The scream is because that damned scale won't budge. The numbers are there, both from intake as well as exercise, but WILL the scale reflect that effort? It will NOT.
That said, when I was whining about this to my father yesterday he shared that at some point you have to buy into the process more than the rewards if you wish to have long-term success. I know he's right, but I just want to see that stupid weight stop moving as far.
