Note to Self:

When getting dressed in the morning, Amanda, it would be a really good idea if you'd find a pair of pants that actually, say, fits, rather than putting on one of the pairs you bought and have been wearing for twenty pounds.

Because then? You wouldn't be worried they'd fall down around your ankles.

At work.

With witnesses.

*sigh*

Sincerely,
Your Brain

Bwahaha! *cough* I mean sorry to hear that something that embarrassing happened to you at work. Maybe it is time to invest in rainbow suspenders.

hehehe.... gee, ya think?

It wasn't so bad... just in front of the girls, but I've been balancing the waistband of these two particular pairs carefully on my hips for weeks now. Looks like my time finally ran out!

Dude, you will SO not be getting your hands on those! LOL

here's the flip side which is much worse...you gained weight and bent over and SPLIT them
I'd take having them fall off over the above any time!

TZ, ROFL!

I haven't had that happen to me yet. I did, however, have the unfortunate experience of one of my favorite pairs of slacks gripping my car seats like velcro and having them rip that way. The fabric was inexpensive, and I guess had weakened a bit (I was losing weight, so it was the fabric and not my butt).

Had to go inside and change. WITH both boys. Who were giggling.

Ungrateful offspring.

Hey, at least you're losing weight! My pants are all too tight and I can't find anything to wear.

Well, you already know my deal. My belt is just about (but not quite...) falling apart from continually tightening it notch by notch.

But it's a good, strong leather belt.

I should invest in some proper clothes that actually fit me but I just don't care. I dress like a bum anyway for work so does it really matter? And it's not like I'm going out a lot to fancy places so again...does it really matter?
